My plans have changed, can I have a refund?

Help us make every ticket count. The Festival is now sold out, so if your plans change and you can no longer attend, please email info@tecgirls.co.uk (info@tecgirls.co.uk)so we can give the ticket to someone on the waiting list. This helps us make sure no one misses out and as many people as possible can attend.

Refunds are no longer available.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes! If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just email us at info@tecgirls.co.uk (info@tecgirls.co.uk)at least 48 hours before the event to arrange this.

Question 3

What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

Accepted Answer

If we need to cancel or postpone the festival before the event date due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. In that case, you’ll be offered a full refund or a place at a rescheduled event. Your ticket fee is the maximum extent of our liability.

However, please note: If the event is cancelled on the day due to an airport-related emergency, such as the activation of the venue’s role as a Survivor Reception Centre, we will be required to end the event immediately, and no refunds will be issued in this circumstance. This is a condition of our use of the Spaceport site and part of its emergency response responsibilities.

We hope this won’t happen, but we appreciate your understanding in advance.
